The article presents the prospects and topicality of using the Russian drug timo-tranquilizer mebikar (mebiks) for neurotic disorders in the light of recent decisions of the Russian Government. The features of the pharmacological action of mebikar (mebiks) are described, the results of the efficacy of mebikar (mebiks) are presented in comparison with other drugs used for the treatment of neurotic disorders.
