 Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease, which is based on granulomatous inflammation in various organs and tissues. Most often, sarcoidosis affects the thoracic lymph nodes (TLN) and lungs. Clinical features of the disease are determined by combination of organ damages and the stage of intrathoracic changes. The connective tissue diseases do not cause the development of granulomatous inflammation, but many authors do not exclude the link between sarcoidosis and rheumatological diseases. The article considers the clinical case of long-term sarcoidosis of the lungs and TLN, and Raynaud’s syndrome with the development of mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) in a 30-year-old patient.
