The article presents comparative characteristics of the probiotic foodstuffs mechanisms. The results are discussed of the research of probiotic microorganisms in children in prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis. The information is included on probiotic strains of bifidus bacteria ВВ-12 and probiotic culture Lactobacillus acidophilus in the Russian foodstuffs for children.
