    The article presents the results of 1028 of transpapillary endoscopic procedures in 575 patients with benign and malignant pathology of pancreato-biliary area. The post-operative complications occurred in 30 cases and amounted to 2.9% of mortality (0.09%). The complex of preventive and therapeutic measures allowed to reduce the number of complications from 8.5% in 2007-2008 to 1.2% in 2014-2015.
