The modern operating unit gives the possibility to combine different hysteropumps and hysteroscopes. The authors have discovered the differences between the preset and the real pressure measured in the uterine cavity. The value of difference between them is given. The practical significance of the observed fact is the necessity to correct the preset pressure taking into account the detected error, which will increase the safety and efficiency of hysteroresectoscopy and comfort of hysteroscopy in hospital.
Key words: hysteropump, hysteroscope, hysteroresectoscope, pressure, uterine cavity, office hysteroscopy, hysteroresectoscopy.
