Possibilities of conservative treatment methods in restoration of visual functions in acquired myopia

The article considers a disease of the 21st century – acquired myopia with an emphasis on the possibility of using conservative treatment methods to restore impaired visual functions. The statistics of morbidity and disability of the population in connection with the development and progression of myopia is presented. The optimal combination therapy for weak and medium myopia was selected, using of physiotherapy, myotherapy and acupuncture.
