There was developed a pneumatic mechanical device to temporary stop a variety of external bleeding, as well as some life-threatening internal bleeding in the abdominal cavity and to close the open pneumothorax, ensuring the prophylaxis of hemorrhagic and neuropulmonary shock. The unit is easy to use and reliable in operation, can be used repeatedly, sanitary disposal is easily carried out.
