This article describes the treatment technique in 25 patients with lateral ulnar epicondylitis, also known as the «elbow of the tennis player», by injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the area of attachment of the extensor tendon to the lateral epicondyle of humerus. According to the authors, PRP therapy is an effective and safe method of treatment of patients with manifestations of lateral epicondylitis.
