The paper proposes a method of treatment of arthrosis and arthritis of large and small joints using platelet-rich plasma derived from the patient’s own blood. A clinical case is presented. The results are shown of applying the method in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint with the presence of para-articular soft tissue ossification, and restriction of motions.
