The article presents the result of the analysis of reports (16-VN) «Information on the causes of temporary disability» for 2012-2016. Features of the diseases with temporary disability of the population in the service area of Diagnostic Center №3 in Moscow are described. It is found that a leading place in the structure of incidence with temporary disability is occupied by traumas, poisoning and some other consequences of external causes, and respiratory diseases. By the end of the period under review, the proportion of respiratory diseases increased, mainly because of acute respiratory infections; the percentage of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue also increased. In the structure of the incidence of the cardiovascular system diseases in 2016, the proportion of temporary disability in women of working age increased. The percentage of cases of temporary disability caused by the diseases of circulatory system in women increased in 2016 and equaled to that in men of the same age group.
