The article presents the results of a survey of 97 patients in the early recovery period after tick-borne encephalitis. To identify the symptoms of psycho-vegetative changes, the convalescents were tested using the visual analogue scale of asthenia, the scale of subjective evaluation of asthenia MFI-20, the Beck scale of depression, the Spilberger — Khanin test. The concentration of platelet serotonin blood was determined by the method of solid-phase immunoenzyme analysis. The obtained data indicate the development of deficit state of serotonergic systems in convalescents, contributing to the formation of disturbing-depressive and asthenic manifestations. These dasmages were treated by adamantifenilamin. The clinical efficiency of the drug was manifested by antiastenic, anxiolytic, vegetal stabilizing properties that allows to recommend it in the rehabilitation period for patients after tick-borne encephalitis with residual effects in the form of post-encephalitic somatogenic asthenia.

Key words: tick-borne encephalitis, post-encephalitic encephalasthenia, adamantifenilamin.
