Within the framework of the study, based on a review of literary sources, lean production technologies in healthcare and the main approaches to their implementation are studied; the principles, methods and tools of lean production in the consultative and diagnostic polyclinic of the Republic Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan are analyzed, including from the standpoint of the paramedical personnel participation in their implementation; with the help of a specially designed questionnaire, the opinion of the nursing staff of consultative and diagnostic polyclinic on the work organization and the nursing staff role in the implementation of the lean production concept was studied; recommendations were made for the development of the concept of lean production in the polyclinic of a large multidisciplinary hospital.
