  • Pain in the lower back: the nuances of the diagnosis

    The article deals with the causes of pain in the lower back, their social, economic, and medical significance. The clinical and diagnostic nuances of each cause of pain are presented, as well as difficulties in diagnosing. The role of patobiomechanic changes in the pelvis area in the painful syndrome formation is described. The role of the sacroiliac joint as a cause of pain in the lower back is discussed. The results of a survey of patients with lumbodynia and lumboichialgya are presented.
