Organization of vaccination: potential risks

Vaccination is the most effective and economically justified preventive measure affecting the reduction of morbidity, disability and mortality. Vaccination is an important part of the work of each medical institution of the primary health care network, which must be organized from the standpoint of lean technologies and risk management principles, since vaccination a priori includes certain risks, presenting a certain danger of adverse events. The article presents the results of the analysis of the main potential risks in vaccination organization, which must be considered for the purpose of timely response and making informed managerial decisions.
