The authors consider the issues of etiology and pathogenesis, classification, clinical differential diagnosis of the disease, as well as treatment methods. The features of mesotherapeutic method are described. We present a clinical example of a patient with plaque sclerosis complex therapy with mesotherapeutic intralesional injection.
