Operational experience of acne-specialized appointment

The article presents the experience of specialized appointment for patients with acne was organized in BI (budgetary institution) KHMAA-Ugra «Surgut Clinical Dermatovenerologic Dispensary». Patient appointment is free (with policy of obligatory medical insurance) regarding individual approach towards treatment of every patient; pre-appointment is needed. School for patients with acne provides skin-care training courses. Organization of specialized appointment provides favorable outcome of treatment and higher patient satisfaction; the key is comprehensive approach for solving patients’ problems.
