    The article presents the study results of the method of postoperative complications prevention after penetration glaucoma surgery. This method includes preliminary paracentesis and introduction of viscoelastic into the anterior chamber of the eye. In the control group, deep sclerectomy was performed by standard methods. Comparative analysis of both the postoperative complications and visual acuity dynamics shows the high efficiency and safety of this method.
