Occupational risks in the activities of the nursing staff of a large multidisciplinary hospital and measures to reduce them

Possible risks in the professional activity of a nurse and ways to prevent them were studied based on a review of literary sources. The authors analyzed the nursing staff performance at Republican Clinical Hospital to identify and assess occupational risks. The nurses’ opinions about occupational risks in their work activity and compliance with labor safety measures were studied. The system for ensuring the labor safety of nursing staff created in the hospital was studied and measures to optimize it were developed.
