The systemic lupus erythematosus may be manifested by various clinical signs, making it difficult to diagnose this disease. The debut cases are described, passing similar to the kidney diseases, gastrointestinal pathology, and amyloidosis. The clinical case presented in the article demonstrates the course of systemic lupus erythematosus with hemolytic anemia and autoimmune hepatitis.
