The article analyzes statistical indicators of obesity in children and adolescents in Tatarstan in 2010–2023. The author studied the endocrine pathology and demonstrated a high proportion of obesity in its structure. The research showed an elevation in the prevalence and morbidity of both endocrine pathologies and obesity. Evidence of the relationship between statistical indicators of obesity and the quality of preventive medical care is provided.
