Nonbacterial lung diseases often imitating community-acquired pneumonias are discussed in article. The community-acquired pneumonias are of great importance for hospital mortality in patients with acute respiratory pathology. Accurate differential diagnosis and adequate treatment are very important. Data from own clinical practice are presented.
