    The article presents the results of a survey of 101 children with frequent acute respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract. After the study of the history of the disease, physical examination, evaluation of complaints, objective status, laboratory and follow-up methods there was provided a comprehensive information. There was optimized the prevention of frequent acute respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract in young children using homeopathic drug Aflubin. Using the developed scheme of prevention of acute respiratory disease in frequently and chronically ill children allowed reducing morbidity and improving their quality of life.
