There were analyzed values of Pregnancy-associated Plasma Protein-A ― РАРР-А, human chorionic gonadotrophin and pulsation index of uterine arteries in the framework of the first trimester and determination of serum content of 8 regulatory autoantibodies in the first trimester of pregnancy in women at risk with occurrence of fetal growth retardation. The revealed features exclude the feasibility of isolated determination of the first screening markers for the prediction of fetal growth retardation. The inclusion of autoantibodies to insulin, PAPP-A, collagen and summary phospholipides significantly increase the sensitivity and specificity of the forecast and can be used to form a risk group of fetal growth retardation.

Key words: PAPP-A, HCG, pulsation index, fetal growth retardation, autoantibodies.
