     The article presents a description of a rare clinical observation of early ultrasound diagnosis of Vasa praevia with successful delivery at 34 weeks of gestation. The data on the occurrence of this state during pregnancy, the diagnostic tactics, and the recommended approaches to observation and delivery are presented.

    The interest of clinical observation lies in the timely diagnosis of a rare vascular pathology during pregnancy, which resulted in the birth of a live child.

    Key words: Vasa Previa, rare obstetric pathology, ultrasound diagnosis of pregnancy complications.
