 The review was prepared according to the literature on the technology of reparative regeneration of the anatomical structures of the maxillofacial area. In addition, an analysis of experimental and clinical studies performed on the basis of Russian Eye and Plastic Surgery Center, under the guidance of Professor E.R. Muldashev (1990–2018), is presented. The possibilities of using allogeneic Alloplant biomaterials to stimulate the reparative capabilities of various anatomical structures that form the maxillofacial region are outlined.
