The article presents data on diagnostic and correction methods of various dissomnic disorders. Sleep disorders represent a heterogeneous group of pathologies, their development mechanism being actively studied. Accurate diagnosis of sleep disorders is based on a thorough history collection, physical examination, and laboratory tests. This makes it possible to classify dissomnia and prescribe appropriate treatment, including drug therapy, depending on the disorder type, severity and the presence of concomitant diseases. Properly conducted diagnosis and treatment of dissomnia make it possible to create individualized approaches to patient management and improve their quality of life.
Key words: dissomnia, sleep disorders, dissomnic disorders, quality of life.
