    The article represents the five-year experience of ultrasound investigation of small pelvis veins in woman. A large clinical material shows the technology of ultrasound investigation of pelvic veins, describes the observed veins and the order of their observation, as well as the character of pathological changes in them. Such concepts as the syndrome of the pelvic venous plethora of varicose veins and the pelvic veins varicose are given, as well as the etiology and pathology of the disease. The venous diameters of varicose pelvis veins was analyzed in healthy women patients.
