The paper presents the result of treatment of 45 patients with orthopedic trauma consequences of injuries of the lower limb. All patients were treated with RCH MH of RT. The study was conducted during the period from 2010 to 2014 years. The average age of the patients was 48.3 years. In the study group had 34 men, 11 women.

After linking external fixation apparatus for patients to use the unit for the development of movements in the ball of the foot, the foot and lower leg muscles and the RF patent № 2014120550, way to prevent contractures RF Patent № 2294178, as well as the special kinesiological complex of medical gymnastics and rehabilitation benefits.
