  Purpose. To research the modern trends in managing psychosocial risks at workplace.

Material and methods. Theoretical analysis of modern publications devoted to the study of psychosocial risk management at workplace.

Results. The article presents data on the prevalence of mental health disorders associated with professional activities; the priority areas of psychosocial risk management at workplace are described (prevention of mobbing, occupational stress and mental illnesses). The article provides a review of the Russian and foreign studies on managing psychosocial risks at workplace. Conclusion. The research revealed a focus on secondary prevention of mental health problems at workplace, while there is a lack of measures aimed at eliminating the risk factors associated with the atmosphere in an organization.
