 The article presents a model of improving the work of children’s polyclinic “Azino” in the field of medical aid organization with innovative approaches to the patients’ routing, which allow to optimize the work of the primary stage of healthcare. Special attention is paid to primary medical-sanitary aid, using the principles of process management and the expected results of the projects.
