Systemic vasculitis is a group of diseases that require rapid diagnosis and timely treatment. Among the clinical diversity of systemic vasculitis forms, a special place is occupied by vasculitis associated with antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies, which have 3 main clinical and pathological variants. The article presents modern data on the clinical picture, diagnosis, and key principles for the management of patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis. A clinical case of severe granulomatosis with polyangiitis is presented.

Key words: systemic vasculitis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, ANCA-associated vasculitis.
