Adult Still’s disease — is a systemic inflammatory disease characterized by lesions of the joints, high fever, skin rash and neutrophilic leukocytosis in the absence of seropositivity for rheumatoid factor and antibodies to cyclic citrullinated. Clinical manifestations of Still’s disease diverse spectrum of diseases in the differential diagnosis is very broad and includes infection neoplastichekie and autoimmune diseases. Clinical examples with the analysis of the clinical manifestations of the disease, diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies.
