The diagnostic results of 934 women are presented in this article. The analysis of reproductive and physical health of women directly radiated at a time of a nuclear explosion on August 29, 1949 at the Semipalatinsk test site, as well as their descendants of the first and second generation. The high prevalence of extragenital, gynecological pathology, both in directly exposed to radiation women and their daughters and granddaughters is shown.
