A comparative analysis was made of the dependence of complaints of pain in the legs combined with venous reflux and the low tone of the lower extremities between the two groups of women aged 18-33 years. The test group consisted of 72 people with idiopathic arterial hypotension (systolic arterial tension 61-98 mm Hg) and a control group ― 37 people with normal blood pressure (systolic arterial tension 120-129 mm Hg). Women with hypotension complain of pain in the legs 5 times more often in the presence of venous reflux of the lower extremities, and under the lower tone of veins — 3 times more frequently than under normal pressure. 65-70% of women with hypotension and pain in the legs have venous reflux and 90% of women have a low venous tone.

Key words: young women, hypotension, chronic diseases of the veins.
