The article presents a clinical case of the latent Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) phenomenon in a boy with a sinus node vegetative dysfunction. The complex ECG examination, including non-invasive electrophysiological study, enabled to disclose the hidden heart rate disorder (latent type of WPW phenomenon).
