Ischemic stroke in antiphospholipid syndrome: a clinical observation

The clinical case of ischemic stroke in a patient with primary antiphospholipid syndrome is presented. It was shown the necessity of the screening for the antiphospholipid syndrome in young patient with stroke unknown etiology.
