    The article presents an analysis of intraoperative complications of uterine scar dehiscence plastic surgery using vaginal access. The main complication of this type of surgery is injury to the urinary bladder. The group with high risk of bladder injury include women with history of complicated postoperative period. A clinical case of formation of urinary fistula after plastic surgery of uterine scar with vaginal access is analyzed.
