    The article presents the features of using interval normobaric hypoxytherapy in children and adolescents with essential labile arterial hypertension. The method effectiveness was assessed by blood pressure levels before and after hypoxytherapy sessions, as well as by using daily monitoring during hypoxic training. The method effectiveness and safety in children and adolescents are confirmed.
