70 patients, randomized into study and comparison groups, were examined. The patients of the study group were injected platelet rich plasma, derived by Plasmolifting technology, into uterus suture area during cesarean section. We estimated uterus scar revascularization process by Doppler ultrasonography of the blood flow in the uterus vessles. We also measured VEGF and FGF concentration on fifth day after the operation. We revealed that resistance index in uterus arteries and uterus scar area arteries were lower in study group. Vascular endothelial growth factor concentration in peripheral blood was lower in control group. The obtained results show the positive influence of Plasmolifting technology on vascularization process in uterus scar area.
