We studied the genetic risk of chemical dependency formation on genoprofile of 5 loci of the dopamine-mediated system (4 loci of genes of dopamine receptors of types 2 and 4, tyrosine hydroxylase gene) and negative microsocial factors (questionnaire «Assessment of risk and opportunity» (the Russian version of the questionnaire «Assessing Risk and Criminal Needs in Youthful Offenders ― RNA»). 44 adolescents were examined, of whom 20 (45.5%) led a sober lifestyle, while in 24 people (54%) addictive behavior was diagnosed. It was found that, in adolescents with high genetic risk, addictive behavior occurs after the impact of a smaller amount of negative microsocial factors. It is recommended to use genotyping, with the aim to improve the accuracy of preventive interventions for adolescents.
Key words: addictive behavior, adolescents, genetic risk, dopamine, microsocial factors.
