The article presents the results of a survey of 215 patients, after successive operations — operations on previously operated eyes (cataract extraction, antiglaucoma operations of penetrating type, reposition or fixation of the IOL, revision of the vitreal cavity, etc.). The timing of the operations after the previous ones ranged from several days to several years. The structure of repeated operations is reviewed. At the present stage, the share of operations in the posterior segment of the eye in the structure of repeated operations has increased to 14%. The features of the inflammatory postoperative reaction after various operations performed at different times after the previous ones were revealed. The most pronounced inflammatory process was observed after cataract extraction, secondary IOL implantation, centering, fixation of the IOL. The optimal timing of operations on previously operated eyes was determined to reduce the risk of post-inflammatory changes in the eye.

Key words: repeated surgical interventions, postoperative uveitis, timing of operations.
