The article presents the results of corneal collagen crosslinking, performed with relation to progressive keratoconus in 32 patients (61 eyes) with different stages of disease. Diagnostic value of projection Scheimpflug corneal topography «Pentacam» in the evaluation of the operation results was studied. It was determined that after CXL are fairly reduced five of seven «Pentacam» corneal topography indices, that leads to improvement of functional and refractive parameters. It has been found that the most informative for evaluation of the operation result was the index of surface variance (ISV).
