The article presents the results of a study of vegetative homeostasis indicators in university students of Humanities. Special attention is paid to the predominance of the autonomic nervous system focused on parasympathetic and sympathetic activity. The study used various data collection methods, including clinical studies and electrophysiological analyses. The results confirm the importance to understand and regulate the activity of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems in order to maintain the body health and balance. Further research in this area will contribute to the development of new methods for treatment and prevention of various diseases associated with autonomic nervous system disorders.
Key words: vegetative homeostasis, parasympathetic activity, sympathetic activity, students, risk factors.
