Simultaneous research was carried out of a representative selection of 569 secondary school students in Arkhangelsk aged 7 to 17 with the additional unmodified risk factor for IHD, i.e., the male gender. The research showed high frequency of clinical-metabolic disorders and burdened history. It proves the high risk of early atherogenesis and confirms the necessity to carry out timely preventive measures among children and adolescents in Arkhangelsk aimed at prevention of early manifestation of pro-atherogenic clinical-metabolic disorders and early atherogenesisi and IHD.
Key words: atherogenic risk factors, children, adolescents, hereditary tainted.
