The article present the results of retrospective studies of 201 patients with acute coronary syndrome, an assessment of clinic, laboratory, instrumental study and electrokinetic properties of red blood cells. The patients were divided into two groups: patients with ST-segment elevation on ECG (110 patients) and patients without ST-segment elevation on ECG (91 patients). Multivariate analysis showed an individual set of traits for each group associated with electrokinetic parameters of erythrocytes.
Key words: acute coronary syndrome, risk factors, electrokinetic properties parameters of erythrocytes.
