This article presents the results of comparative assessment of the immunological status of Olympic reserve athletes, depending on the presence of inflammatory periodontal diseases. The effectiveness of the immunomodulatory effects of Ribomunil and Maksilak is shown, based on the dynamics of secretory immunoglobulin A and cytokine profile of oral fluid.
Key words: secretory immunoglobulin A, cytokine profile, saliva, Olympic reserve athletes, immunocorrective therapy.
