The study of the immune and psychological status of 306 patients with CIN revealed a relationship between psychological misadaption, immune dysfunctions and the degree of cervical dysplasia. Introduction of an immunomodulating medication Imunofan to a complex therapy contributed to the normalization of local immunity, acceleration of reparative processes in cervix, which allows us to recommend this method in complex treatment of CIN.
Key words: immune status, psychological status, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
