Hepatoprotective therapy in complex treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction

The article is devoted to studying the role of hepatoprotective therapy in treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction. There were examined 129 patients with acute mechanical intestinal obstruction, accompanied by the syndrome of enteral insufficiency. In their treatment schedule were added hepatoprotective drugs. There was proved the beneficial therapeutic effect of this measure on the dynamics of hepatorenal syndrome and enteral insufficiency syndrome.
