Hepatitis in a baby with rheumatoid arthritis — is it a clinical implication or complication?

Despite the diagnostic criteria for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, still there are difficulties in the diagnosis of this disease, particularly in the onset. The presented medical case demonstrates a non typical for rheumatoid arthritis manifestation in the form of severe hepatitis of non-toxic genesis which demanded morphological verification.
