The paper presents the frequency of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in children in Udmurt Republic compared with similar indicators in the Russian Federation as a whole. The features of clinical manifestations of the diseases in Udmurt Republic are shown. Clinical cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in children are described.
